How does Tepperman's online work?
Tepperman’s is pleased to offer you a large variety of products to view online. Browse our tremendous selection of merchandise and use the comparison tools to assist you in finding everything for your home. Should you have additional questions feel free to contact one of our experts by filling out the online form or calling one of our 4 convenient locations. Unfortunately, we are not set up for you to purchase your selections online at this time.
Where can I see your products in a store?
We have 4 convenient locations across Southwestern Ontario, in London, Sarnia, Chatham and Windsor. To see our products in a local Tepperman’s store, visit our locations page.
I saw an item in one of your stores, but I can't find it on your site.
First, try finding it on our site by typing information about the item into the search box at the top of each Tepperman’s page. If you still cannot find the item, you can fill out the online form to have one of our experts contact you to assist you in finding the item you are looking for.
Why do you need my email address?
We request this information so that we can keep you informed about new and promotions at Tepperman’s. We use your email address to:
- Let you know of new offers and promotions
- Provide you with useful information about our products
- Offer you special promotions that may only be available in some areas or to select customers
- We will NEVER sell or provide your information to another party.
How do I know that the colour I see on screen is accurate?
Every computer monitor displays colours slightly differently. To ensure you’re seeing the colour of our products as they truly are, check your monitors calibration. If you are still unsure about the colour of a product it is best that you visit a store or speak with one of our experts who may be able to assist you.
How do I open a Tepperman’s account?
All you have to do is fill out the credit application online or in one of our locations to apply for a Tepperman's account. The process takes a few minutes, then press Submit and you’re done!

I see you updated your website. Do I need to add my email address again?
If you entered your email previously on teppermans.com, we have carried over that information to our new website. If you are unsure you are welcome to enter your information again, we keep our records clean and will ensure you don’t receive duplicate messages from us. Tepperman’s will not sell or provide your private email information to anyone.
Do you share my information with anyone?
We will not share your personal information with anyone, except as is required to fulfill your request for credit should you be opening a Tepperman’s account. All of your private information stays with Tepperman’s and will not be sold.
Can I have the items I see online delivered to me?
Tepperman’s offers convenient delivery within our delivery area. Visit our delivery page here to see if your home is within that area. You can fill out the online form, call one of our experts or visit your location Tepperman’s store should you have questions regarding whether there will be a delivery charge for the item(s) you have selected online.
Can I pick up my merchandise?
Yes – If you have purchase an item online by contacting one of our experts or in one of our locations you may pick up the item at the location which you purchased it.
Our warehouses are open the following hours for your convenience;
Monday – Friday 9am – 9pm
Saturday 9am – 6pm
Sunday 12noon – 5pm
What is your return policy?
All returns and product exchanges of new, unused products must be processed at a Tepperman’s store location. Simply return the product in its original condition and packaging with the original sales receipt you received with your purchase. For warranty claims, or if you require more information or assistance with a return or exchange, please call Customer Care at 1-866-966-5678.
What currency are your prices in?
Please note, all prices on this web site are in Canadian dollars.
Are the prices on this site guaranteed?
Tepperman's makes every attempt to maintain the prices and information on this site, but price changes do occur, sometimes overnight. As a result, prices on items on our website are subject to change.
Please note, we reserve the right to correct pricing in the case of a pricing error or other technical issue on this website.
What types of payments do you accept?
Tepperman’s accepts Visa, MasterCard, Certified Cheque, Money Order or Cash. You may also apply (on approved credit) or charge your purchase to a Tepperman’s account.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes we do have gift cards available for sale in our store locations. Cards may be purchased in any denomination and may be used at any of our Tepperman’s store locations.
Do you offer protection for the products you sell?
Yes, we offer protection plans for upholstered and leather furniture, mattresses, and extended warranties for appliances and electronics.

What if I have questions about a product?
One of the benefits of Tepperman’s is that there’s someone nearby to answer any questions you may have. If you’re looking at an item, click Ask an Expert and you’ll see the online form, fill out the information and we will answer your message within 24 hours. You can also phone one of local stores where someone waiting to answer your call.
