Our Mission, Vision and Values, like any company, support one another to achieve a common end. A mission statement is the declaration of our purpose as an organization. It encompasses what we do, who we do it for, how we do it and why we do it.
Our vision describes our ideal future state... our road map for success.
Our values are the permanent, unchanging foundation of Tepperman's. They serve as a framework to guide the daily actions and decisions of employees and they represent the standards that will be used to measure all individual and company actions.

When we do it right... they will come back.
So what does this mean? It's Tepperman's mission to get customers to come back by giving them the best all around shopping experience that we can... from the moment they decide that they're in the market for home furnishings until they're happy with a Tepperman's product in their home, and ultimately to when they decide to shop with Tepperman's again. A customer who's happy with every aspect of our business will be a customer who will return again and again, will speak positively of their experience with us and may pick us as their home furnishing store of choice for life.

To be the store where people love to do business.
Our vision can be applied to more than just the customer. It is applied to everyone that we deal with from suppliers to staff members and business partners. We want everyone we deal with to think of us favourably.

We will treat everyone with dignity.
When a person walks away feeling that they have been treated fairly and given the respect that is due they feel good. Whether they are a first time customer coming in to have a look around or a long serving member of our staff, it is important they are happy with the way their concerns are handled. This general good feeling will go a long way towards further positive business dealings and makes for a much happier workplace.
