LIMITED WARRANTY for everMOUNT, everSTYLE, Mio, SMAART, and iSound (“The Product”)
Pursuant to the limited warranty for labour and parts Everik International Ltd. (“Everik”), will repair or replace at Everik’s sole discretion, the product(s) free of charge if defective in material or workmanship. This warranty is in effect for 1 (one) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is given to the original purchaser of The Product distributed by Everik and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase – including purchase date – must be provided by the purchaser in order to establish the warranty period.
Everik represents that The Product is free from material and manufacturing defects. Everik at its sole and exclusive discretion will provide replacement good, or parts at no charge (or at reasonable charge) to resolve warranty claims made on goods that it determines at its sole discretion to be defective.
Everik recommends The Product should be installed by a certified, licensed industry professional.
Everik International warranty does not apply to products found to be:
• Defective or damaged by purchaser abuse or misuse
• Modified by the purchaser
• Incorrectly or inadequately maintained
• As-is, second hand, samples, or floor models
• Defective or damaged in freight or delivery
• Defective or damaged by “Acts of God” or “Natural Causes”
OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
In order to obtain warranty service, end users should contact the Everik dealer from which the product was purchased. In some cases, Everik may require that The Product be delivered or shipped freight pre-paid by the end-user/purchaser to Everik, together with proof of purchase in the form of a Sales Receipt.
Please note, that for any missing or defective parts you can contact our customer service at https://everik.com/pages/parts-request. Online parts requests must include a model number, missing/defective part number, and your contact information. Replacement parts will be processed within 5 working days.
For any other concerns, please contact your retailer.
No oral or written information, advice, or representation provided by Everik, its Dealers, Agents, or employees, shall create another warranty or modify this warranty. The warranty states Everik’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy against Everik for any failure of The Product to operate properly under the terms of this Warranty.
