The year 2022 kicked off a trend watch of sustainable and organically influenced interiors. Many of these trends are staying on course to influence our design choices throughout the year, but there are a few new front runners that can elevate your home during the spring season.

Colour is making a comeback! Are you ready for it? It’s time to put neutrals on the back burner while we all learn how to play with colour again. Earlier this year, many of our home decor influencers called out the rise of 70s inspired interiors. Why? Because, it elevates our spirit and naturally sparks creativity and positive vibes. As we head into spring, welcome the roots of this era by incorporating colour blocking, floral prints and wall paper into your home decor.

Believe it or not, we are making the move from minimalism to maximalism. We are all striving to have an interior space that feels welcoming and comfortable while remaining stylish. Traditional decor opens the door for adding layers of texture, colour and pattern all in one space.

Traditional decor also welcomes the mix of new and old. From antique side tables to ornate hardware and home accents, this design style takes another node towards sustainability.
