99th Anniversary

Celebrated 99 years with a special catalogue and a rebranding encouraging customers to “Get Home Happy” with Tepperman’s.

Great Place To Work Certified

In April, we celebrated earning the prestigious Great Place to Work® certification after an independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute® Canada.

Masoud Negad appointed new CEO

In May, we introduced a new leadership structure as Andrew Tepperman moved into the role of Executive Chairman, and we welcomed Masoud Negad as our new CEO — a historic moment as the first non-family member to lead Tepperman’s in our 99-year history.

Also in May, we opened the doors to our newest store in St. Catharines, Ontario and celebrated with a $25,000 local charity giveaway.

Annual Staff Appreciation BBQ

In July, our executive team rolled up their sleeves to grill and serve during our annual Canada Day Staff appreciation BBQ.

Staff Volunteering In Our Local Communities

Throughout the year, our team members enthusiastically participated in various community initiatives, continuing our commitment to giving back. From supporting Habitat for Humanity Windsor-Essex and Habitat Restore to participating in events like the Holiday Train in London and Chatham, Family to Family in Sarnia, and Backpack Challenge in Kitchener and St. Catharines, our dedication to community partnerships remains strong. With the help of our amazing customers, we supported local food banks across the communities we serve, helping to make a meaningful impact.
