What's on clearance

Clearance brings together end-of-line designs and discontinued models across furniture, mattresses, appliances and home decor. When a style or model won't be restocked, it moves here, so quantities are limited and individual items can sell out quickly.

Shop clearance by category

Use the quick filters to narrow clearance by room or product type, from sofas and sectionals, bedroom and dining furniture to mattresses, appliances, lamps and outdoor furniture. Filters for price, brand, colour and size help you find the right fit faster.

Clearance, sale and outlet

Clearance focuses on discontinued and end-of-line items. Our sale pages feature current pricing on in-line products, including sale furniture, sale mattresses and sale appliances. The Tepperman's Outlet offers discounted furniture, appliances and electronics, plus an in-store as-is scratch and dent section.

Shop clearance online or in store

Clearance items are available online with delivery or drive-thru pickup. Check the options for your address at checkout, or find a Tepperman's store near you to see what's available in person.

Clearance questions

What does discontinued mean?

A discontinued item is one that won't be reordered, usually because the manufacturer has ended that model or style. Once the remaining stock sells, it's gone, so if you see something you like, check availability soon.

How often are new clearance items added?

The clearance selection changes often as items sell and new end-of-line pieces are added. Check back regularly for new finds.

Can I return a clearance item?

Return and exchange terms can vary by item. Review our returns and exchanges policy and confirm the terms for a clearance item before you buy.
