1. Winner will receive a $1000 investment in a C.S.T Registered Education Savings Plan, which will continue to grow until maturity (in the child’s name).
2. Entry forms for Tepperman’s “Win a $1000 Scholarship” (the “Contest”) are available at:
https://www.teppermans.com/tepperman-s-scholarship - only online applications will be accepted.
3. No purchase is required to enter the contest.
4. Each child is only eligible to win a scholarship once.
5. The child nominated must be 0-15 years old, and will not have had his/her 16th birthday prior to the month in which the child is nominated. (Unborn children may not be nominated).
6. All contest applicants must be residents of Canada, be at least eighteen (18) years of age, and must successfully answer a time limited, mathematical skill testing question to be eligible for the child to receive the prize. All employees (and family) of N. Tepperman Limited (hereinafter “Tepperman’s”) and C.S.T or any of their affiliates are ineligible to participate in the Contest.
7. The value of each prize is $1000 CAD.
8. The awarding of any prize is subject to the condition herein, and subject to verification by Tepperman’s (the “contest Organizers”) that the eligible winning children are named on the contest drawn, and that the eligible applicants have successfully answered the skill testing questions. All prizes are non-transferable, and must be accepted as awarded, with no cash option and no substitutions.
9. The “Selected Entrant” will be notified by an email from a Tepperman’s representative within approximately two (2) business days after each Prize Draw. If for any reason the Selected Entrant cannot be reached after two (2) attempts that are two (2) days apart, and does not respond by the deadline in the email, his/her Entry will be declared null and void, and the prize will be forfeited. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to select at random another eligible Entry.
10. Winners agree that Tepperman’s shall have the right to use the name and photograph of any winner in any promotional material.
11. Those conditions shall supersede all advertising in relation to the Contest.

By submitting this completed ballot, I consent to Tepperman's (NTL Limited) using my personal information to administer this contest. I reside within one of the communities Tepperman's serves.
